We are proud to present a Parmigiano Reggiano di Vacca Bianca dinner, featuring a full wheel of one of Italy’s most prized cheeses. Crafted from the milk of the ancient White Cow of Modena, this Parmigiano is produced in extremely limited quantities and aged to perfection using traditional methods passed down for generations.
