Membership Support
How do I join Culinary Club?
Memberships are available directly through the app or at themarketbythemeatcellar.com. Once enrolled, you’ll receive access to exclusive events, priority booking, and member-only offerings.
How do I manage my membership?
You can update billing, renewal preferences, and account details inside the app under your profile settings.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships can be managed or canceled through your account settings in the app. If you need assistance, contact us directly and we’ll help promptly.
Events & Reservations
How do I book a members-only event?
All Culinary Club events are listed in the app under “Events.” Simply select your event and follow the reservation steps.
Can I bring a guest?
Some events allow guest tickets. Details will always be listed within the event description.
What if I can’t attend an event I booked?
Please refer to the event cancellation policy listed at the time of booking. For additional help, contact our support team.
Retail & Special Releases
How do I access exclusive retail drops?
Members are notified in-app when special releases become available. Quantities may be limited.
Do I receive priority access to reservations?
Yes — Culinary Club members receive early access and priority booking for select experiences.
